Upon attempting to access your account and entering your usual password, you will receive a push notification on your mobile device. This notification serves as a prompt to authorize the login, adding an additional layer of security.

In circumstances where an Internet connection is unavailable, Infomaniak Auth offers the functionality to generate a one-time password (OTP), ensuring that users can still authenticate their access securely.
